Elmhurst's Scott and Steve Ahlgrim tell us how they first became interested in amateur (and some professional) automobile racing. They've raced all over the United States and participated in a version of the Cannonball Run for 'Charity' (???) 15 times. They share stories of the family business started by their grandfather, now owned and operated by Brother Scott. You'll learn what it was like living in a funeral home as a kid. Both brothers take on the LowDown MowDown. It turns out Brother Steve might have just had a crush on Rachel from 'Friends' and thinks he's married to her doppelganger! And Scott informs us Steve is famous and actually has fans! Listen in and enjoy their Elmhurst story.

Ron tells the story of getting his start in the radio business while a student at "The Circle". He also reveals he's an Emmy winner for work at a television station in St. Louis. Ron "takes down" the MowDown and explains how he found his second career in the fitness industry. A Slappy Sal classic review of Silverado Restaurant is re-run and a special treat, a previously unreleased recording by Mr. Paul Harvey, himself, is included as a special bonus!

Scudder and Shanklin also discuss their personal backgrounds as well as stories of their service to our country. Elmhurst American Legion Military Ball Chair Col. Mark Mallon tells us about this unique event, while Paul Mason and Mark Mulliner discuss the Cool Cars events hosted this summer at the Post. Robbie learns his loyal service in the KISS Army doesn't qualify him for Legion membership, but finds he is always welcome to vist the Post, as are all members of the general public!
